Kensho Ueno joined JAFCO's Investment Division in 2023. He is responsible for identifying and executing investments in / providing post-investment support mainly for seed- and early-stage startups. His fields of interest are materials, AI, security and finance.
He received his PhD from the University of Tokyo for his reserch on solid-liquid interfacial properties of metallic materials by molecular dynamics.
