For general shareholder meetings to be held in and after March 2023, general shareholder meeting materials will be provided on the Company's website.

Holders of the Company's shares constituting less than one unit (100 shares) may use either of the following methods with regard to their shareholdings: (1) Method of Requesting Purchase of Less-than-One-Unit Shares, which allows the holders to request that the Company purchase less-than-one-unit shares being held; (2) Method of Requesting for Additional Purchase of Less-than-One-Unit Shares, which allows the holders to request that the Company sell a number of shares which, when added to the less-than-one-unit shares being held, would constitute a full share unit.
