Masanori Hashinoto joined JAFCO in 2022. Currently, he is responsible for providing growth support and promoting collaboration with large companies for portfolio companies.
Before joining JAFCO, he was involved in launching joint ventures and new business development at Softbank, cross-company solution development at Recruit, the launch of the engagement management platform "TUNAG" at stmn.inc. (joined in 2017), and alliance sales and operational consulting for 3rd party platform at GREE, where he joined as a new graduate after graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University with a degree in business administration.
