Kazuki Tsuboi joined JAFCO in 2022. As a member of the HR support group, he serves as HR business partner (HRBP) contributing to the business of portfolio companies.
After working for an organizational HR consulting firm and an IT startup company, he practiced strategic HR as HRBP, focusing on organizational and human resource development. He gained experience in assisting organization building by expanding a business threefold from 100 employees and 10 billion yen in revenue. He joined DeNA in 2018, where he served as HRBP focusing on the gaming business in the entertainment domain and was very active in external communication about HRBP. He has given many lectures, including as a speaker at HR Japan Summit for two consecutive years while at DeNA.
