Gento Makino joined JAFCO in 2022 and has been focusing on investment in seed- and early-stage startups.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, and received a B.S. in International Economics and Management through a double degree program with Bocconi University, Italy. With major interests in fields of Artificial Intelligence, data analyses, sustainability, and 3D printers, he is responsible for identifying and executing investments in seed- and early-stage startups and providing post-investment support.
