Hiroshi Setoyama joined JAFCO in 2020. He is currently responsible for supporting portfolio companies' back-office construction and IPO preparations, as well as providing support for the Investment Division.
Prior to JAFCO, he worked at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, where he was engaged in not only auditing work but also IPO quality control in the IPO control department. At EY, he was also seconded to the Listing Examination Department of the Japan Exchange Regulation.
He is a certified public accountant and a member of the IPO-related business support PT of the Tokyo Association of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
