Takayuki Nishinaka joined the JAFCO as a new graduate in 2006. He has experienced a wide range of operations including VC investment, fundraising, M&A, and portfolio company support.
Since 2014, he has supported more than 30 portfolio companies, mostly at seed and early stages, contributing in areas of sales, business development, and business alliance.
Since 2017, his responsibilities have expanded to include recruitment support for portfolio companies, having interviewed more than 500 candidates mainly at executive level. He has assisted in the hiring of many core members of the portfolio companies.
He graduated from Ritsumeikan University with a degree in business administration.
