After joining JAFCO in 1994, Minoru Doke worked in the Investment Division until 2014. Among portfolio companies in which he was responsible for making initial investment/as a manager, 13 companies made IPO. From 2014, he was involved in sales support for portfolio companies and divestment activity through M&A, etc. For three years from 2017, he focused on HR at a portfolio company, recruiting over 90 personnel, mainly engineers, and building MBO (Management by Objectives) and evaluation systems. Based on this experience, he is currently responsible for HR support for portfolio companies.
He graduated from the School of Human Sciences at Waseda University.
