Masato Kikuchi joined JAFCO in 1993. Currently as a member of the Business Development Division (since 2019), he is providing value-up support focusing on Saas portfolio companies.
His career at JAFCO started in the Investment Division where he focused on start-up investment. He was appointed Hokkaido Branch Manager in 2009. Among portfolio companies in which he was responsible for making initial investment, five companies (GameOn, Immuno-Biological Laboratories, Gene Techno Science, Water Direct, LOCOND) made IPO.
