Yoshihiro Katagami is in charge of business development activity at JAFCO and his main role includes support for JAFCO Asia's companies, particularly those businesses relevant to IT infrastructure, software, security, cloud-based solutions and electronic devices/components. Residing in Tokyo, he is responsible for accelerating JAFCO Asia's portfolio companies' entry into Japanese market and driving their business growth through a consultative and intensive sales approach by making the most of JAFCO Tokyo's extensive business network in Japan.
Prior to joining JAFCO, Katagami served as Head of Japan Office at NPCore Inc., one of the leading cybersecurity companies headquartered in Korea. Earlier in his career, he spent multiple years in the field of sales and marketing positions at multinational companies in the ICT industry such as Olivetti, Oki and Toppan Edge. Katagami graduated from Rikkyo University in Japan and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Relations.
